With the Sirius Contact Organizer/Mailing List application, you have the ability to track contacts for current or potential customers, combined with selective mailings. The Contact Organizer is designed to start with the initial letter to your new prospect/customer. The system allows you to maintain general information and notes about each prospect; select prospects due to be contacted; generate selective letters and labels; create, save and print quotations to each contact; and track on-line contacts made.

The Contact Organizer can be run as a stand-alone module or be interfaced to other applications of Sirius GT Accounting. When integrated with Accounts Receivable, on-line inquiry into the sales history of each customer is available in the Contact Organizer. Automatic transfer of customer data to and from Accounts Receivable is also supported. If Sirius Order Entry is available, quotations can be transferred directly into Order Entry. In addition, database files can be loaded from other sources, or the Contact Organizer master file can be unloaded into another database file.
